She is not an inspiration to me at all!!!! I am a woman of visible minority and I am from a developing country and I grew up in a humble and modest life. But this woman named Camille Vasquez just mastered how to dehumanize and condescend an another vulnerable human being in front of public. If one becomes a star by masterfully dehumanizing and condescending another human being in front of the public, then all the law schools need to introduce a course to train future lawyers on how to condescend and dehumanize another human beings in the courtroom....People are just so delusional.... Camille Vasques is just a transactional woman who pursues her career at the cost of no matter what!!!!!
@CSJH87
@CSJH87 Жыл бұрын
@@anitapl831 You mean Heard was vulnerable? That woman has been parading as the torch bearer of DV victims while she was the abuser as clearly proved in this case. And Lawyer's job is not to sing lullabies but to cross examine. The judge has allowed it which means it is rightfully within the law and as per allowed court procedures. You don't like Vasquez, that's your choice. But in no way is Amber innocent.

Letting the facts speak for themselves. We saw how many times she kept actively lying on the stand, accusing but not really at least 5 people of lying under oath in just the final cross. She laid out all the inconsistencies, how she can't even keep her own story straight. They constantly let her dig her own grave, handed her the shovel, and here she just gestured to let the jury to throw the final handful of dirt over her.

And the entire team, of Mr. Depp's lawyers are all great! I love that they have chosen to use some younger lawyers in their firm to learn and participate. They didn't care about which one got the most screen time. They are giving these young bright minds a clinical experience. Reading from a book does not give them the experience they will need to be trial lawyers. They encouraged them, and as I watched, it was clear that this team was a fine tuned group who were All doing their best for their client. It was clear they had good relationships in the court, unlike the other 3 on the other side.

She's an Attorney. Attorneys and Doctors make lots of money! She's probably getting millions from Johnny Depp for her work in this case. When you represent a client, of course you do your very best. Yes, Camille was a good attorney, but even she made a couple of mistakes in her final summation to the jury. She should NOT have brought up Johnny's "sleeping". Big, big mistake. I’m not worried about that. Plus, as others have said, Johnny Depp has already won in the opinion of the public, pretty much overwhelmingly. Which was what the point of all this was. The most astonishing thing about Hollywood to me is the way they react to things like this. No, I don't think there should be special privileges and exceptions for famous wealthy people. I have witnessed domestic violence and I know how it changes a person. They are very well aware of their surroundings, very cautious of speaking wrongly or being hurtful, thinks a lot before doing something and always makes sure everyone around them is happy because they know what it is like being hurt and sad. In this case, he makes sure he greets people kindly, makes conversations with his lawyers, tries to mellow down the strict court vibes and often times doodles to keep his thoughts content and drifts off into his thoughts. His sadness, is visible without him needing to utter any words. He has been nothing but helpful to her, his friends, his family and we got to hear nothing but positive reviews about him by the people who testified. He has to win this trial at any cost. It will not only make way for other male victims. But, give someone like me a hope to survive and make it.

Watching Camille's rebuttal, she literally brought me to tears, cause every word of her is so truthful and hitting those notes, which Amber wants to shatter... It is clear, it is logical, it is emotional, she builds it up from evidence and molds it together with emotions... Simply this is how a perfect speech is done. Which catches the audience attention and keeps it there, even when she finished, you are under that emotional imoact, what u can clearly see that lived through throughout her connection with her client... She is an outstanding advocate of Justicia. If that speech that emotional tsunami doesen't hit the jury to bring justice, than nothing...
