I was surprised to see fellow parishioners on a random YT search for Camino de Fatima. This was a really good video and detailed one compared to others. Thank you! I have questions. 1. Is it safe for a solo perigrina? 2. When is the best time to go? 3. Where did you have your credencials stamped? 4. Are there Holy Masses at the end of the day at each stop? Thank you Buen Camino!

1. After we did Camino de Fatima, there were reported crimes related to pilgrims on the first 2 stages from Lisbon, I suggest to research well and do due diligence for walking solo especially if you’re female. However, you’re probably safer if you are walking with someone. There were 4 of us. Also, it would probably help if you walk days prior to the feast day of Fatima on May 13 or close to 13th day from May to Oct, the reason is they maybe more local pilgrims at that time. 2. We prefer Shoulder months - spring and fall (not too hot or cold) 3. Anywhere where they offer stamps but churches do usually have. 4. Bigger towns in Portugal have masses, pls ask the locals or go to the church to see what time. In our experience, it’s around 7p or 8p then we have dinner ;) Buen Camino and Ultreia…! Thank you very much for watching!
