Camino Portuguese - Senda Litoral & Variante Espiritual

We just finished one of the Portuguese routes of the Camino de Santiago - the Senda Litoral, to which we added the Variante Espiritual. This 350+ km combination of the coastal and the spiritual variants from Porto to Santiago took us 19 days to complete. Although we weren’t very lucky with the weather, with lots of rain and cold, we enjoyed it greatly.

Hi @@linfung4297 , we walked from 29 April until 17 May. We weren’t very lucky with the weather though. I hope November is dry and warm for your trip 👍🏻

Hi and thank you :) There is a good app called Camino Ninja, which can be useful on the road. However we had pre-booked all our accomodation and our main navigation resource was an app called Organic Maps.

En A Guarda ya estás en Galicia. El magnífico vídeo lo veo sin sonido. La música flamenco-andaluza chirría en Galicia para acompañar el Camino por una geografía y paisaje que no tiene nada que ver con Andalucía. En pleno corazón de Galicia, la Plaza do Obradoiro, los rasgueos de guitarra suenan extraterrestres.

Gracias por filmar la belleza de Galicia. Un país de España que es distinto a casi todo el resto. Algunas imágenes impresionan por su hermosura. Al final, Santiago de Compostela, capital de Galicia y ciudad patrimonio de la humanidad. Lo único absurdo es le fondo musical de guitarra flamenca andaluza, que no tiene nada que ver con Galicia.

VIPictures. estás de broma, o que? Penetras en GALICIA con aires flamencos andaluces. Incluso un pequeño tramo de Portugal! Galicia es una Comunidad Autónoma con cultura, música e idioma propio. Por favor, elimina esa música (hermosa sí, pero ajena a Galicia). Es la desgracia de España que vende en el extranjero la música flamenca andaluza como representativa de todo el Estado español.
