Readjust that Resevoir location! I had that same issue with my UCA making contact with the the Resevoir line going over bumps. Otherwise beautiful truck

When he mentions 4000 stall. He means he has a 4000 rpm stall torque converter. That means his transmission will not shift until the engine hits 4000 rpm. It will put your head in the headrest when it shifts. Lol
