I have a HTV1900 supercharged LS1. Looking at that cam specifically. Not interested necessarily in power (would be nice) but more interested in the sound and feel. How is it to sit in? My drive to work is 10 minutes against traffic so for me would be mainly highway driving and cruising.

The 110 lsa won't be great for boost, I'd recommend something with at least a 113lobe split

Hey Aussie Auto nice car & build I've got basically the same as u have in this video except my cam is a comp cams cam 232/234 .595/598 @ .50 112 I noticed that when u started it for the first time before it got dyno tuned after u went around the engine & then went through the drivers window & showed the dash cluster it was saying check engine on the dash cluster. Do u know why it was saying that ? & how did u fix it so the check engine would stop coming up on the dash cluster ? As mine is doing the samething after first start up after installing all the mods & i don't know why & can't get it to stop bring up check engine on the dash cluster. Also now after running it in for the 1000km i drive it for like 30min then it starts saying check oil when i stop at lights or in traffic but yet there is enough oil in it, new oil pump & oil pressure sensor was installed with mods so just wondering if yours done anything like that before the oil pump went on yours ? Also did u use the stock injectors on the engine set up in this video or did u have to upgrade the injectors ?

Howmuch did the cam mod cost with all the other bits done

In parts the cost was roughly 3500 to do the works retail to have it fitted and tuned is normally 6000-8000

STOKEDRACING Cam was a vcm480 I chose it because at the time I had a 4spd auto in it, unfortunately 3 days after it was finished dyno tuning the auto spat 2nd gear.

@@YourBestLawn yeah, if I had a manual already when I chose to cam it I would have gone bigger, but due to the stock stall and 3.46 gears I chose the 480, which is a very good cam it's right on the border of the maximum you can push the stock trans. Makes bulk power through the mid range and right to redline

He could of gone a much bigger cam if it was manual to start with. Big doesn't mean more power but. or good drivablity though.

Can option shouldn't worry the auto to much it would depend on your driving and condition of the box initially. Are you keeping the stock convertor?

Go with a vcm480 package same used in this car great noise, good power gain and it drive near standard

Im running Higgins race heads mafless tune vcm otr 232 234 custom ground cam 1 7/8 pacemakers 100cell cat with a duel x-force 3in system right through dumped behind the rear bar. 3.9 diff gears tru trac lsd , rip shifter and making 430rwhp. Now umdecided weather to go 383 stroker with a food size turbo or 400 with a super charger 🤔
