What if they say they don't want a lash bath if it's an extra charge? Do you skip it?

If they need it you can tell them about the potential retention issues and make them sign the consent form.

Its all what you feel comfortable charging, you set the rules :) if they don't want them done then keep that deposit!

Why didn't you clean the foundation off her under eye area before you washed her lashes? When you rinsed them you blotted makeup back on to the lashes again!!
