Met Cam briefly driving through my city one day. He was clearly occupied and heading to an event but still stopped to talk to us while crossing the street. Though it was a small moment, it meant everything to me that someone who I watched and rooted for took time to acknowledge a fan. Keep keeping it Funky!

This is the one of the few podcasts that I truly ENJOY! I love Newton & Sharpe! Cam Newton's genuine talent for the journalism interview game is undeniable. His style, candor, class, and wit are disarming, making his guests feel at ease; inspiring them to share their stories and bare their souls with incredible openness. Newton's interviews are not just conversations; they are raw, unfiltered glimpses into the lives and realities of his guests, offering authenticity that is rare in today's media landscape. When I say, "Cam Newton has the flavor that every guest finds appealing and is hands down one of "thee" best journalists, host, podcaster, and media personality out here!" it's pure FACTS!! Cam brings the "REAL out of the REEL" you can't hide from his camera or mic...Leave the representative at home! Thanks Cam for bringing the REAL back to REALITY! Sincerely- That Gyrl Ree

What I loved about this interview is Cam's humility and long suffering and respect for Shannon and it showed when Shannon repeatedly called him someone else's name. It was clear it was just a tongue twister, and he knew who he was talking to, it just kept slipping out but, Cam was so patient with him. If only more men, and especially older men, would take a page out of his book. “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.” James 1:19-20 KJV
