Exhaust goes up in sun gravity because of pressure... the pressure caused by all the solid matter being pulled down pushes less dense materials like gases up. At least, I think that's how it works. It's video game physics, after all.

Maybe the Exhaust goes up because the higher gravity ups the atmospheric pressure, therfore making the exhaust lighter by comparison. Which makes the exhaust gas "float" and lift.

The game calculates exhaust fumes with negative gravity, so the higher the gravity, the faster it goes up, it doesn’t actually work that way irl, but it was a quick way to make exhaust in game

I believe that it's all fluid and thermal physics with the sun gravity. More gravity means the atmosphere is pressing down harder, however exhaust is normally rising due to it's higher than ambient air temperature until it cools off. So if fluid and thermal dynamics are coming into effect in the game, which would be pretty high level sim stuff, then the air around you just go cooled down to a pretty good amount. Things compress when they're cooled, or conversely things compressed give off heat and are therefore cooled down as a result. So the hot exhaust will really rise faster through the cold dense atmosphere of sun gravity because it's hot and technically less dense than compacted air. On the side, I'm glad that "Old Man Burger" showed up for a groan or two this video. 🤣 And lastly, Mars gravity is more than moon gravity, Camodo. Mars has roughly 1/3rd of Earth's gravity while the moon has around 1/6th Earth's gravity. So it's more of the opposite of what you said. You'll absolutely go flying in moon gravity, but Mars gravity will possibly have you bouncing pretty high.

12:51 answering your question. You see the planets right? They have a stable orbit. But the gas is more different. The sun gives out gas so thats why. And also sun gravitational pull is only on solid objects.
