5:56 I feel this dude. I got EAC banned month ago. There was an account with bans connected to my ip somehow so I got banned too. Lukily it got solved and but still don't know how that did happen and it was really frustrating. Never got a response by EAC. I got unbanned after talking with some Rust admin who whas kind enough to stay for more than an hour chatting with me about what happened. I still don't know how that admin managed to get me unbanned from EAC.

To tell you something without revealing details; he uses the most well-known paid tool to spot alts. obviously takes advantage of plug-ins that auto ban you when fly hacking and so on. this is all I could say without specifics to be safe. 8/9 situations get resolved via those 2.
