The possibilities are endless. I recently made some Sanora Dogs (bacon wrapped, all the goodies) on mine for a work cook-out and they turned out bad ass. It's a great rig for canning or brewing. No bending over! The flat top is a great addition to this system. I've been cooking up fajitas and Sonoran hot dogs on it. Then I put them in 3 large disposable tins right on the grill surface on low to keep them warm but not burnt the whole cook out! Thanks for watching - Jason

I have the exact same Camp Chef Explorer as you. I have the 14" 1-burner griddle and the BBQ grill box. My stove is several years old and I have not "babied" it. It shines the best when you are cooking for 20-30 people. It has the finesse to be able to simmer or fry over easy eggs, or it can be robust enough to handle the rigors of all day canning.

I want to purchase the pizza oven next. The 14-inch 2 burner pizza oven seems harder to find and is more expensive than the single burner or 16" model. I had an order placed a few months ago and the supplier canceled it with no word on why. As soon as I get my hand on one I will do a review! How does the grill box work? Does it get very dirty from drippings?

I have the same thing as in the video. The camp chef is portable, because it breaks down. The blackstone does not break down so it is not portable.

I love my stove. I have never understood smash burgers. I just make a patty and cook it.

Yeah I don’t seek them out. Just tried them since I had a legit way to cook them. The flavor of the sear is unmatched. And they are fast so you can crank them out if you just do patty, cheese, bun. My main method is Weber kettle. Nothing like burger cooked on wood but for being gas this is my close second. Thanks for watching. -Jason
