The thermostat in those ovens are in the wrong place if they would move them down middle ways of the oven back of the oven just mightwork better and be more accurate

That's a cool little oven. Odd that the temperature gauge was off. Can it be adjusted at all? Thanks for the video brother

Not sure. I have calibrated quite a few domestic ovens but I don't think this had an adjustment. Mainly because the flame just goes low to high. Hope you are having a great weekend

Pretty cool setup there Ed.. just looks like a very well made appliance. Hope things are going well for you. I’m really glad that you’re making videos again. Really enjoyed that series with your bow making buddy a few years back. Where he explained about which ash tree to use and from what part of the tree. Pretty cool stuff!! So are you retired?? Are you still living in New Hampshire?? Wishing you ATB and I’ll keep hoping for more of your videos. Mike

@@mfavia620 no I'm still working. Spending more time in NC during the summer. Still have my heating business and it's out straight this time of year. I do spend as much time in Maine as possible but mostly still in NH. I really like the quality of this oven for sure. Always good to hear from you.

I hear you. Took me about 3 years to decide but this is pretty handy. Happy with it so far and it's pretty well built.
