This is a long one, but a good one! I take you through a full day of eating at 11 days out (there’s lots of fish, surprise!), hit an awesome push session with the boys, pose rounds in the Texas heat, and give y’all and in depth look into the considerations I make when designing someone’s split, in this case Carlos Philbrick!

I know that sitting on the bike is more comfortable, but stairmaster makes next level of conditioning we all know that... I think that Ben is too nice to you.. I would add some food and to all your cardio on stairmaster or walking outside if you get too sore from it..
