Shannon Sharp is the best interviewer out there. No one is close. He does thorough research, knows so much about the person he’s interviewing, seems genuinely interested, is very relaxed and real, and most importantly after he asks a question he shuts up and lets the interviewee answer for as long as they want. I’ve seen several Ronnie interviews and this is the best by a mile. I learned many things about him I has never heard before. He’s a true iron warrior and legend. I think you’re underestimating how this video will go. Personally, I’m not even into bodybuilding, but I’ve heard about Ronnie Coleman before. I’ve seen a few documentaries here on KZbin about him and other bodybuilders from his same era.

I do like how when Ronnie was asked about regrets now that he has all these health problems because of the stress of bodybuilding his response was that he regrets not pushing it farther.

The best Ronnie interview by far,the difference is that Shannon understands Ronnie he lets him speak tell his story makes him feel comfortable from the start at his comfortable place the gym and also at the studio, he understands the humor also laughing along with him and you can just feel the respect Shannon shows these OGs ,thank you unc for having the greatest and the king of bodybuilding RC,god bless you Ronnie 🙏🏽..nothing but a peanut yeahhhhhh buddyyy ❤️❤️and please unc give Ronnie some bottles of your cognac because I saw near the end of the interview he was drinking from a empty cup🫶🏽🫶🏽

Well, apart from the fact he is a NFL Hall of Fame TE, he is able to maintain the kind of physique most people in their 20s aspire to. And he is 50 sth. Maybe steroids are involved, I don't know, obviously he's a genetic freak of nature but there is no way you can have this kind of physique without very good knowledge of how to train. To look like it, you got to train it and to train it, you need to know how to train it.

This is a big one for me, an aspiring bodybuilder who follows all the bodybuilding channels and hear most of these things from a stringent and strict point of view. I'm stoked to hear how this interview goes. It's ultra mainstream, and probably the biggest interview for King Coleman since the Joe Rogan interview. I think this one may be even bigger, considering the ShayShay demographic is way less Familiar with body building.
