Receipts please 😂. As someone who was around back then and was feeling both Jay and Camp Lo 1. Their styles were nothing alike. Jays lyrics and wordplay was more measured and crisper, had more double entendres and metaphors and was less ethereal and time period based. 2. The only similarities was the fact both Camp Lo and Jay represented themselves as a “higher class” of cat. Luxury, leather seats, champagne, furs etc. Their lyrical content wasn’t similar, all of them were/are talented but from Jays first album you could tell he was different different talent wise. I think it was weak that they were compared to each other because it cost us a collab since they had to beef because being compared to someone else back then was fightin words 😅

I love your video selection! 🙌🏾🔥🔥 You react to a lot of tracks most ppl don't, I guess depending on their audience. You react to all the bangers that were knocking in the 90's. Respect young king! FYI: The track switch at the end (which was common in 90's and early 2000's videos) was a song off the their album that featured the guy rappin at the end, who is Buttterfly from the group Digable Planets. He has a son with Coko, the lead singer from SWV.
