The merciless witch hunter warband known as Sigmar's Judgment do battle with a daemon-worshipping cult of the possessed who go by the name of Culternative Lifestyle over a handful of precious wyrdstones in one of Mordheim's many ruined plazas.
This is the first recorded game of the first round in the ongoing Cinematic Tabletop Mordheim campaign. Dice will be rolled. Curses will uttered. Riches will be won and lost. Come and behold the exploits of these brave souls in the name of fun and entertainment! Watch all the way through, damn you!

PSA: It has come to my attention that the sound of chirping birds give a number of viewers the screaming sh!ts. If you count yourself among one of those easily irritated by the sounds of nature, perhaps skip ahead to campaign game 7 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fXzde5ymiJ5qZqs) and onward where lavaliere mics and post-production sound processing eliminates all background sounds. Been ages but I think if you 'hold the field' you get all the wyrdstone. Also you get some sort of bonus for having multiple friends in combat, something like +1 A and WS but again been like 25 years. Nice seeing a couple Possessed but a shame one of them die.

Nice battle! Your terrain is really nice and I’ve got to say you made it very easy to follow all the action. I’m getting ready to return to Mordheim myself in a couple months so this was a great refresher. I’ll look for more of these on your channel ASAP! :-)

Always more mordheim! I think I noticed the defenders rolling to see if they get knocked down, stunned or ooa when it should be the attacker rolling that.

Just an FYI, the only way Henchmen gain XP is by surviving battles. They do not gain XP for taking out an opponent. The only exceptions are from specific scenarios where Henchmen gain XP from finding a chest or the like. Only Heroes get XP for taking an opponent OOA.

Nice batrep - cool painted models on a great looking table! Love the settlements rules, need to look them up. Not too many rules boo boos ;) One I haven't seen mentioned in other comments is that spear can only be combined with a shield, so no extra attacks from a dagger. Also, when charged by a fear-causing enemy, model takes fear test and if failed, only hits on 6s first round of combat.

Mordheim is hands down the best game ever made imho!... rolewise. Setting is brilliant but sadly its rules make no sense at all and need a heavy tweak. Won't spoil it, just keep watching until the end of the report and you'll know what I mean when fighters try to gather wyrdstone :) Loved every bit of the game though! Couldnt tell who was gonna win until the last round.

Nice game. But spear is Unwieldy: A warrior with a spear may only use a shield or a buckler in his other hand. He may not use a second weapon. So no dagger. 😊

Not sure if you house ruled it, but I believe that any available weird stone goes to the enemy of the warband that routs. I could be wrong, of course.

Not sure if in post battle exploration you rolled more dice than allowed for the Witch Hunters. If I recall correctly, any heroes taken out of action cannot explore, even if making a full recovery.

There's no hard limit, really. Usually it's when one warband grows too powerful to beat or when everyone loses interest. Often it's both at the same time! 🤣
