I have what I think is a pretty good idea with regards to the Rotherham Grooming Gangs and elsewhere in UK towns....those convicted who weren't born here should be deported to their birth countries afterwards...even have their citizenship removed if they have it...and even if they have a family. We know that it will not prevent child sexual abuse completely, but deportation should be introduced for all foreign nationals convicted, with no legal redress to prevent it.
