I absolutely love this! My Grandpa built a teardrop in the late 30's. They were living out of it! Later on my parents took us camping with it in the early 60's. It was a beautiful trailer. We used it for years. Later on my parents bought a Frolic trailer. It kinda looked like this Shasta. Same colors and style. Both trailers sure brought so many happy memories for our family. Thanks so much

Suzi, My heart goes out to you. I lost my husband a year and a half ago. He too had Alzheimer’s and was a nature lover, hiker, photographer and outdoor sporting manager back in Reno. Jack and your family was a part of our life through television, videos and his book. As his wife and caregiver, I know you are holding it together and I’m sure you are savoring every moment you have left with him. I have watched this several times as it was like watch Mike and myself. Know you are in my prayers. God will continue to guide you and prepare you for when he goes to his heavenly home. May he pass quickly and painlessly as my husband did. God Bless you, June Wilhelm

Everything’s been done to meet the family’s needs while maintaining the character of the Shasta and the spirit of tin can tourists. I commend you. I have a ‘68 Oasis. I’m happy with my kitchen but I I love the idea of an outdoor kitchen because the whole point of camping is to be outside as much as possible, especially when your kids are young. Enjoy ☘️☘️☘️

I love, love, love this wee camper. Great size for a couple or just me and my puppers. I live in Australia and have never seen a Shasta before and love everything about it. The addition of he teardrop piece at the rear is just beautiful. I want this camper ! I hope you have many years of wonderful memories in your beautiful little camper ! Alison ❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺xoxox

First off....all friendly folks in this video. Feels nice. Secondly...WOW, a very ingenious modifications. Had his unit not been water damaged initially, we would not see the betterment of this unit and the cool features created.

Great build, would of loved to see how the iron boards get stored with the hatch closed

Yes, in particular I would have liked to see how the ironing boards folded away (they look too long to just flip up… )

It looks like they would detatch and then either lay them on the kitchen counter or put them inside.

I’m wondering that myself, is there any chance they kinda lift a bit and then twist to turn in to lay on the inside counter?
