I was an Australian emergency department RN. I became concerned at the odd cardiac and stroke-like presentations I was triaging. I’ve been working in emergency for nearly 20 years and these presentations were different. The area health put out a new management protocol very early on for these vaxxed patients. I said “no thanks” when the injections were rolled out and I was fired when they became mandatory. The registration board AHPRA threatened those who spoke out with disciplinary action, legal action and deregistration. The workplace threatened disciplinary action and dismissal.

My son died a month ago. He had the Moderna covid 19 vaccine in February of 2021. For the past year and a half he had what seemed like dementia. He was 45. He would get lost while in the car. He couldn’t drive but as a passenger, he never knew where we were. His BP was sky high and tough to control. He was in and out of the hospitals with confusion, trouble speaking his memory was also very poor. Broke my heart. Waiting for autopsy now from the Medical Examiner. Something definitely happened to him. He was a very bright man and couldn’t work anymore. He couldn’t function as an adult. I am sure the vaccine did something to him. Nothing else makes sense.

I'm a physician who recently ordered an arterial Doppler on the leg of a patient with some sort of vascular insufficiency and was called by the vascular specialist because they found an unusual 10-in clot in the nearby vein which they had never seen before. In April 2021 my husband's step dad got the Moderna shot. Then got a booster in May 2021. 4 weeks later he started bleeding into the toilet when going to bathroom. This went on for a few weeks then stopped. He forgot about it. Then in Dec 2021 he got a third Moderna shot. By Dec 2022 he couldn't eat and had to go to the ER and was diagnosed with stomach cancer. I weighed the question of vaccination very carefully for over 9 months. I read and watched everything I could on the subject by anyone who seemed reasonably well qualified to have an opinion. I watched pro vax and anti-vax in equal amounts. In the end I decided after much thought, that bearing in mind my age and health, on balance the vax posed me a greater risk than the virus. This would now appear to be the right choice as I caught covid twice but fortunately on neither occasion did I feel remotely sick but on the 2nd occasion I did entirely lose my sense of smell and taste for the best part of three months.

My 86 year old dad died in the back of my car on the way to the vet for my dog's apt. He was slumped over (head down) & a foot long globular 1" to 2" inches round string was hanging down out of his mouth almost to his waist. He never approved getting the v, but they gave it to him at a previous ER treatment event. I know the V is the reason he died. I rushed him to the ER & they brought him back to life pretty quickly. This sounds like science fiction, but it is true!!! He later died (this stuff was in his lungs & throat). He couldn't breath. No wonder! The evil hospital did this I later found out we they were trying to send him to Hospice. He was an anti V person & lived with me. I took care of him. God help us all. Stay out of the hospital because this was mur rrr der of my Dad. He was in good health for being 86, & I miss him every day!

What I think is most encouraging is that the German group's work is ongoing. Professor Burkhardt was very specific about this. What I felt was most significant was that the 'material' injected into the patient develops the circumstances (cell-breakdown, etc) for life-threatening problems in major organs. Hello John Interestingly on this subject my flat mates step mother had a skin cancer removed from her upper arm quite recently, the doctors suggested this would be done in three stages. Some people would rather others did their thinking, luckily we are not like that and we follow the trail, good or bad. I always suspected mRNA because I love genetics and molecular biology. Luckily I was allergic to tht mRNA vaccine vectors (PEG has caused historic anaphylaxis) however my partner, as well as having the first 2 Astrazeneca shots, had to have 2 boosters due to his working in the local hospice. It really worries me as both my sons and sister have had Pfizer vaccines. Interesting true story...was talking to a woman I know (unv'ed) who had to have a blood transfusion last year. A day after the transfusion had been given, she looked at the puncture on her arm and there was a white tubule sticking out...she pulled at it and it came out like a rubbery worm. She showed it to her doctor and he looked slightly alarmed, said he didnt have a clue what it was and threw it in the bin! (if I was a doc I would be sending that to the lab for identification) She was puzzled...and I asked her if she knew that those things were being found in cadavers. She had no knowledge of that which tells me it was a true story and she had no reason to make anything up for my sake. That is the concern for unv'ed people who may have to accept blood from a blood bank full of mRNA material. Ugh.

It's alarming to read all the local obituaries of relatively young people who "die suddenly" or unexpectedly or die at home without mention of any other cause has been quite alarming. My sister recently died. She was diagnosed first with cirrhosis then they found a hard to identify a clot in her portal vein. The oncologists were mystified. She had an inconclusive PET scan. They did a biopsy this past week. One day later, she had a stroke. They identified and removed a clot in her brain. She declined and died 3 days after, 12 hours after life support removed. While still alive, I was with her when a nurse or tech came in and apologized that her blood sample had crazy readings and they had to do a second, thinking they had missed the atrial artery. Every cell it affects has to be removed by the immune system. This includes brain cells, too, because it passes through the blood brain barrier. The best way to speed up this process and put your immune system into good shape is to do a little bit of extended fasting. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. ​@@LTPottengerI'm a type 2 diabetic. I typically fast 14 to 16 hours per day, but I once attempted a 3 day fast with my husband. It was day 2 and I was feeling dizzy and weak and getting a headache. I think we had gone about 26 hours and I checked my blood glucose and it was in the 70s. I checked it about every 20 minutes and it kept dropping. When it was in the mid 60s my husband said thats it, we are breaking the fast here. I think we lasted 27 hours. He was worried if it got too low I could end up needing hospital care. 🤷‍♀️ I wonder if I had pushed through it if it would have stabilized eventually and been fine. Idk. Oh my A1C at the time was 4.9 which isn't even considered pre-diabetic. 🙌 (I was losing weight and doing Keto). Reading all the benefits you list out make me want to try for longer fasts again... I think I will start with 20 hours at a time and work my way up gradually. 😊

@@Karen_Busch It's hard to say because each case is different but if you feel dizzy then just stop and try again later. Also if you are on meds they can interfere with fasting. If you are on bp meds you may need to watch your blood pressure or stop them. Starting with a 36 h fast a week is the safest way to go, then every week you can extend it a bit more if you feel OK. Basically when you start your insulin is often extremely high and you lose a ton of electrolytes when fasting, but each fast is a little easier than the last because you bring it down the more you fast. Also break the fast with zero carb meal if possible. Later int he day you can typically eat more normally but carbs can cause a spike in your heart rate and lead to bingeing right after a fast.

Thank you for your efforts and for this video. On the advice of our GP here in the EU, our family avoided the novel treatment. Instead, we treated the illness, which was in 2 bouts very severe (first, and Delta) and in 4 other strains (2020-2023) mild, but with distinctive symptoms (especially the headache & lengthy convalescence, plus fatigue). Overall, not a pleasant experience at all, but for all 6 of us (ages 10-70 in 2020), manageable. I would even say: instructive. Teaches a modern family to reorganize its life and to prioritize health, hygiene, self-care, mutual support. One of us had particularly difficult Long Covid, but that, too, resolved. Took patience, gentle care, a lot of Full Spectrum Vitamin E plus high doses of D (with K2), strong B complex, extra iron, extra zinc, robust but intelligent diet, lots of fluids (especially teas, broths, quality spring water) & of course Vitamin C. We spent a lot of money on supplements (including Artemisia or Artemisinine) and it did seem to make a difference. Tried black cumin seed oil, also seemed to help. Covid causes a lot of irritating things such as skin rashes, poor sleep, severe low mood. I developed blood clots near the surface of my left leg, 6 in a row, from just below the knee to the top of the foot. What worked best for those appears to be Nattokinase. There is a lot to learn about SARS-2 and apparently even more to learn about managing the recommended preventative methodology.

When I was about 13, we were shown a film at school about the dangers of smoking and the damage it can do to the lungs. It featured a lab coat scientist pouring horrible black gloopy cigarette tar from one beaker to another. It had an immediate profound effect on me and I went home and implored my Dad to give up smoking (which he did eventually). This video has had a similar effect on me. I think it should be shown to everybody today - but especially to young people so they realise that this is what the WHO, Big Pharma and our supposed Great and Good want us to permit to be put into our bodies.

Many of the particles cannot be removed from the lungs by the body and just build up... With a 30 year half life. The more you smoke; the more build up... Of course the MSM is not reporting on this. During lockdown when people couldn't go out and shops and businesses were closed, nobody could see the point in advertising their products. The only people who did advertise in print and broadcast media were the pharmaceutical companies and their subsidiaries, and the government disseminating propaganda. Now that there's a recession, Big Pharma and the government are again the only ones doing major advertising. The main stream media is not going to bite the hands that feed them by doing any exposes that would lead to lucrative advertising income being withdrawn. Nor are they going to challenge the official narrative for fear that the government will bring in restrictive new legislation that will inconvenience and penalise the MSM, such as abolishing their tax breaks. Apart from which, in the UK, the proprietors of newspapers and television and radio stations don't want to annoy the government and lose their chances of getting a knighthood in the next Honours List.

Doing some fasting can help cycle the spikes from the treatment out faster. It also repairs the immune system and makes you unlikely to suffer from serious problems with infections of any kind. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Telomeres are lengthend and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. @@LTPottenger Thanks for your encouragement. Was a registered dietitian for 30 years. Knew not to use this vaccine before it was offered. Yet I’m sure some shed got into my system. In the course of their care, I had skin to skin contact with patients who’d been recently vaccinated. Later learned a minimum of 6 weeks must pass post vaccination before it’s safe to have skin to skin contact, breathe expelled air, share cups/dishes/utensils. Some elements are removable, others are not. Am doing all I can. The only source of cleansing guidance I fully trust is Medical Medium/Anthony William. Have read all of his books and made many, many changes since 2015. His information has proven accurate and effective 100% of the time. So far so good. Hope you’re fasting/cleansing wisely.
