I'm 62, I'm also a man, I've been fighting on my front line since 'C' here. When I see these noble men, I know that I can do a little more, a little more every single day - even more than protecting snd helping people by night and day - that's what happens since 3 years. Amazing information packed into 1 hour and 15 minutes. Vit D is so important for immune health. Obesity is a huge problem in the UK. I recently worked with a Doctor in a trial for Long Covid and changing the way clients ate made a huge difference. Many people don't realise that sugar cannot be utilised by the body, yet use nutrients from the healthy foods we have eaten to process the sugar. We should not be eating all day. Two meals are plenty. I fast for 16 hours and eat within 8. This greatly affects how much energy your cells produce and keeps the body in a low inflammatory state. I take three drops of Lugil iodine in water at night. It kills bacteria in the upper respiratory area. Good fat is needed from good oils such as coconut oil, avocados and butter. Leave processed foods behind, and cook from scratch. Eat the best you can afford to buy and you have a good chance of staying well. It's the genes that load the gun but it's the environment that pulls the trigger. We can change our environment to help our genes 🌟

Sounds like intermittent fasting induced autophagy , which I aim to induce in myself. I check my blood glucose levels after common foods being eaten and saw that eating an apple on it’s own spiked my blood but eating it with ( fat ) cheese stopped me having any glucose spike . Best wishes on your health journey. Ps Dr Mary Newport talks on the benefits of MCT oil to combat dementia and Dr Bill Davis work on foods to boost microbiological health.

Fasting is a powerful practice that resets all systemic processes in the body. It encourages autophagy as well as apoptosis (cellular suicide). This is one of the reasons why when individuals are battling cancer, the first thing to go is the appetite. The inner intelligence of the body knows that it needs to eliminate food and shift gears. With the current levels of contamination in food, regular fasting is a necessary practice to adopt. For those who are intimidated by fasting, I recommend starting with intermittent fasting. 16 hours of fasting with an 8 hour window of eating. Then gradually work up to OMAD(one meal a day). I have done OMAD for nearly 7 years and it has cleared up my allergies, IBS, chronic inflammation, joint pain, and even anxiety and depression. Recently I completed a 16 day fast and it has helped me tap into a deeper yoga practice that includes breathing meditations. Best of luck and god bless. 🔥❤️☀️

@@lowerthetone Great job on 48 hours! That’s a big milestone. You just already have a good low-carb diet to have not experienced much hunger. Carbs deplete B vitamins which are critical for energy and DNA health(among hundreds of other processes), not to mention its effects on your blood glucose and several major organs. I just turned 39 and feel and look younger than I did in my teens(I grew up with pure processed junk food and tons of injuries and abuse). Keep up the effort and enjoy the journey! ✨🪬👌🏻

I remember studying cancer at uni and the main focus was on the oncogenes that result in uncontrollable cell division and on invadopodia. We never studied anything about viruses causing cancers, and I'm from Australia too. It makes sense what they mentioned about the focus of professors here. This is just incredible. This man has likely discovered the cause of cancer, yet people still don't know about it??? This is just mindblowing stuff. So the COVID anti-vaxxers who were ridiculed as nutjobs could've been right all along... and maybe in the future people who've taken the mRNA covid vaccines could get cancer?!?!?! And maybe some people who have had cancer recently had suppressed immune systems that lead to cancer from the vaccine?!?!!??! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! What I really wonder about is what about people who seemingly don't seem to experience chronic inflammation and seem completely healthy but get cancer out of nowhere?? Wow, and this was answered towards the end of the video! Awesome video! I could listen to you two talk for hours!

I had the astra zeneca vaccine, im 50 years old and quite fit for my age , non-smoker ,occasional drinker . I eat only a natural diet and do intermittent fasting . I've just been diagnosed with testicular cancer at the age of 50, which the oncologist commented was quite rare for a man of my age. After the second injection, i suffered light headidness and a racing heartbeat for two weeks. No family history of this cancer and hardly any cancer history in both sides of our families. I have no doubt in my mind that my cancer is a vaccine injury . I'm so angry with the lies and deciept the drug companies are responsible for.

I don't think we should totally ignore plants but instead be very selective for example iodine from seaweed . A large proportion of the population of the US live many many miles from the sea and can be deficient in iodine. Living near the sea may confer advantages for iodine intake. Iodine (I2) gas released from seaweeds may, through respiration, supply a significant fraction of daily iodine requirements. Although research seems to suggest that iodine intake in coastal regions may be dependent on seaweed abundance rather than proximity to the sea. So that smelly seaweed you experience on the beach may be good for you. So take deep breathes.

!00% agree. In my case, I believe the recent semi-mandatory medical interventions caused chronic inflammation, making me intolerant of many foods, such as beans, tomatoes and others, that were previously unproblematical. Now if I eat brocoli or Brussels sprouts, I'll have itchy, flaky skin the next day.

fasting and low carb diet can stop the inflammation cold and let the immune system do its job and fix the damage. Some benefits of occasional extended fasting and lowering carbs in the diet: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion plaques, growths and pathogens by the immune system. This will also remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself! Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasting activates autophagy (literally self eating). This will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility issues for some women. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Just 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. If you have chronic inflammation one quickest things you can try is to go on an elimination diet for a week and cut out all sugars, carbs, and seed oils (most extreme version is just to eat red meat and only red meat for a while). If the aches and pains go away (or diminish in severity) then you can quickly conclude that something in your diet that is incompatible with your metabolism. For me personally if I know seed oils gives me severe heartburn and too much sugar/carbs will give me back pain.

Very interesting comment about the reverse transcriptase, and that there is a problem with it, which led to Prof. Dalgleish not wanting to go on with the experiments, because of... And so interesting, that the BCG-Vaccine triggers the T cell- Immune-response for such a long time! Unfortunately now it isn't given to our children anymore. Because there is no tbc danger anymore, they say. It was given to me as a child, over 50 years ago. Very interesting correlation between inflammation and cancer, and how it evolves out of the long term inflammation, that got out of hand.

For vitamin D I think sunbathing is the way to go. 15 minutes a day atleast although less than that is also helpful especially in the winter. I had a spot where I could do the full body and it was quite good to get it on those less commonly exposed areas.

@@matthewclark7955 Salmon is a carnivorous species (as is tuna) so there is a lot of bio accumulation of toxins. There was some pellet feed they made by sucking up some worms from the sea bed. Fish were being sprayed with chemicals and stuff. The pink was actually a dye because they were kind of grey. There was a lot of corruption going on in Norway politically to do with Salmon farming aswell as in Canada. In Chile the whole farms died out such was the disease. I knew someone who ate quite a bit of it and wasn't impressed with their health. Mushrooms can produce vitamin D if you put them in the sun but so can the skin and there is other benefits from sunbathing. As far as Omega 3s it is a by-product of the metabolism of linolenic acid. The predimed study found the group eating half an ounce of nuts had a 50% reduction in strokes.

How about collaborating with Prof Thomas Seyfried who has a very interesting book and lots of KZbin videos about Cancer as a Metabolic Disease. This makes so much sense as most environmental factors are the cause of cancer especially the ultra processed foods we consume. The theory postulates that cancer cells lose their ability to produce energy using oxygen and instead rely on fermentation. In other words, cancer cells have to rely almost exclusively on glucose for their energy, and dietary changes that severally reduce carbohydrate intake can effectively “starve” cancer cells. Many stories of long term cancer survivors on strict fasting and Ketogenic diet.

Magnesium is involved as a cofactor in 7 or 8 steps in converting vitamin D into an active form - so sunbathing doesn't even work while not having healthy Mg levels, the same with supplemental vitamin D. And over half of population is short on Mg nowadays - we need more GREEN plants, and WHOLE SEEDS. And fiber, as prof. Dalgleish said.
