Hi Dan and Mazzy. If you’re still on the Kintyre Coast, check out Southend Beach (definitely not like the one in Essex!) It’s a beautiful sandy beach with pure white stones dotted around it, also, if you’re making your way back up the Kintyre coast there’s a fantastic small hotel called the Argyll Hotel in a place called Bellochantuy they do fantastic food (well priced) and you can sit in the conservatory which is right on a beautiful white sand beach if you go into the evening and it’s a good day weather wise you get the most awesome sunsets overlooking the Paps of Jura...enjoy the Kintyre coast it’s one of my fave places in Scotland 🙂

The locals (I am one) do clean up the front a lot. Most rubbish is swept in with each tide. Mostly comes from Ayrshire and Northern Ireland. Campbeltown has done a lot to keep itself looking beautiful!

I learnt the same too with the fish supper thing, it just seems to be met with a much more friendly and often quicker response if you order X Supper rather than X and chips. Really cheap up there too I find. Stella McCartney is a famous fashion designer. Linda McCartney only had one leg I think. Revisiting the motorhome buying idea, cheaper than a house and I'm inspired by your ability to travel around for longer periods up there, tempted to do similar with the aid of the magic internet box so I can work still. What a fab idea to spend time tidying the beach, well done both of you!!

Brilliant video loving all the footage around the beach that camera is just fantastic with that zoom lens and the time laps. Cleaning up the beach was a good idea lets hope others follow in your steps and do the same. If everybody did a little in every town or park the place would be a lot cleaner. Linda McCartney launched her own range of vegetarian food. Her and Paul were very happy together. Macca is still going strong. John Lennon was always my favourite member of the Beatles. I can see that Campbeltown is a nice town with interesting places to see, and plenty to do. I wouldn’t eat Cullen Skink, as fish soup isn’t my scene. I like haddock, but not in a soup thanks! It makes me hungry when I see what Scottish made cheese products you buy ! It’s great that you did your bit for the environment, by doing the beach clean . In quite a lot of coastal towns and villages, groups of local people, do beach clean ups. I would do that too, if I lived on the coast. It’s good for the environment. Plastic waste kills a lot of our marine life. David Attenborough would give you a pat on the back, for your beach clean up! Here in Scotland, we always ask for a fish supper or chicken supper, etc. My favourites are a pie, or sausage supper, but I sometimes enjoy a fish supper. As a Scotsman, I’m ashamed to say that I have never had a haggis supper, although I do like haggis! Irn Bru is massive in Scotland, it’s our other national drink, besides whisky. The beach is beautiful, I love the sea and the sound of it lapping on the shore. Arran is known as Scotland in miniature. I’m fair looking forward to your next video. Laters 🚐😀👍

Don't forget, that polarizing filter you've got somewhere will make a massive difference to any water shots. You'd see into rock pools, for example. Improves the sky too.

Dan and Mazzy you certainly missed a couple of treats, one in the shop and the other was the Cullen Skink it's a creamy fish soup but with chunks of fish, delicious and I'm not a big fish fan either. The other which would have been perfect for your cheese was the Stag Bakery oatcakes especially the ones with seaweed again delicious and certainly not cardboard as Mazzy made comment on oatcakes the other day, to be fair though, I thought that a few years back.😂 What you have to remember up here is if it's really tasty and bad for you at the same time we eat it, so go for it. Have you ever had a weird moment? I was reading John Lennon's biography 20 + years ago in Durness and looked out of the caravan window and there was the cottage he stayed in as a child... I went to the cottage, and they told me he left his coat there years later when he came back when famous and they auctioned it for a fortune crazy... He had gone back with Yoko to avoid crowds and crashed his mini on the Kyle of Tongue. There is a plaque on the wall of the building he stayed in but it’s a new building now. I went back to their air 2 years ago and now they have a John Lennon memorial center. PS Like Paul 0.00000000000001 he is almost a billionaire I think!
