Creative design. Curious about if the sink drains rather slowly with that size drain tube.

Surprisingly no, before I added the vent I mentioned in the video it just had a small screw off vent and it would drain rather slowly. Currently it seems to keep up with the flow of my Seaflo 3.0gpm pump very nicely.
