This was hilarious, that chicken was just a wee bit overdone. I've heard that if you take a nice flat Rock and set it in the center of the hot coals and cook on top of that, it might be better, but I'm no expert. But I got to imagine cooking from all sides with hot coals that are probably 800°. Doesn't take 30 minutes 🙂 always enjoy your videos

That poor chicken!!🍗 ya, a little lower temp, so not right on the coals. Put it close to it. Then put your nice thermometer in and as soon as it hits 165 get it off the heat.

Get a meat thermometer - AA - you cooked the bejesus out of your food., you seldom need more than 350 degree, often times less.
