First time I went to Finke we crossed the Simo first, then headed across and watched the race. And from that moment I as hooked. I travel up every year now with my pup, Karlie, and it takes me 2.5 days from Melbourne to trackside, usually 65-80km north of Finke. This year I was at the 165 bonnet marker. It's just the most amazing thing to camp near a desert track and watch the spectacle as Australia's fastest desert racers scream past for two days. Already can't wait for next year.

No problem, I have done the same and sometimes the tomato paste will get mould on the top of the jar. I just spoon that off as well and still use it whats in the jar. 😂

Mold is penicillin they used2 stuff wounds in the old days before medicine with moldy bread to stop them getting infected it can't be bad for ya to eat a little it's probly good for ya lol😂
