He was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center here in Seattle, Wa where he is now in the intensive care unit. He has suffered a broken left ankle, crushed right heel, compound fracture to his right tib/fib below the knee, broken femur in his left leg, a ruptured spleen and lacerated liver, bi-lateral collapsed lungs, bi-lateral fractures to his jaw, broken & missing teeth and a fractured C2 vertebrae in his neck. He’s currently in his 4th major surgery in 5 days as he fights for his life. Jaydon needs everyone’s positive energy as we begin this long road to recovery." Let's all take a moment and pray for a successful recovery for Jaydon and Chad. And Chad, we'll all be here when you get back.

I would like to suggest something about the choice of the cooking oil: Instead of using olive oil, try to choose an oleic sunflower oil which has better resistance to high temperatures. Thanks to its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, it withstands high temperatures and is therefore ideal for browning or even frying food. The best candidates which have a low level of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and a high level of monounsaturated fatty acids (whose effect is more “neutral” than that of saturated fatty acids) are: oleic rapeseed oil. oleic sunflower oil. Peace out! and keep cooking !! I love your videos!!!! Best regards from France
