Beautiful scenery and everyone needs to be patient. Chad films a lot of footage and then needs to edit it for upload. He's doing it in between his day job - I'm sure he's got winter adventures coming up. I am enjoying what he is releasing as it's ready.

Amen to that Gnomie! Thanks for being an advocate, and everything you say is correct. I’ve been on the road for 4 months and have a large library of footage that I have been working on editing thru to produce content for everyone to enjoy. I’ve been editing nonstop every day since Dec 19, 2021 to get this library of footage sorted, edited and up on KZbin so that I can move on to winter content.

You are so inspiring I love how you make the best meals ever in the snow even. I watched you make a spaghetti sauce meal in the snow you had to finish the noodles in the van because the weather got so bad but your pasta looks so good I had to get up off the couch and go make a small batch of spaghetti sauce it was nothing like yours I just had to have some. I love the fact that you make these wonderful meals while camping in all kinds of conditions and it keeps me coming back to you watch your videos it also shows us what we could do. I appreciate you. I was holding back on this comment for awhile because I know it won't be liked. But after seeing it done twice in this video put me over the top. We know you know how to build a fire. It doesn't need this much video time every video. It's just wasted time. And your subs have spoken!! We want snow!!!
@rickardenstedt3 жыл бұрын
We want and we want....??? If you want snow you can drive to the snow and experience it! Ofcourse your entitled to say your meaning but it doesn't sound good, Sir! I just want to say; be satisfied or change channel.... we can not demand this good guy to do anything else than he want himself. Sit down and feel relaxed when preparing the fire, it's not waste of time, it's tranquilizing. But i Wonder where he gets the fire wood from.... Regards Rickard from Sweden 🇸🇪

I thinks all about relaxing and the cup of whiskey and the fire , not necessarily it that order .
@thomascochrane31003 жыл бұрын
You're entitled to your opinion, and you're wrong I believe. Because you said we, and you certainly don't speak for me. Chad's videos have a vibe. A form of symmetry. I know how he builds his fire, but it still is welcome and relaxing to see everytime. Because I know it's going to Segway into a wonderful piece of cooking, or relaxation by the fire while he gives some of his insights. The amount of entitlement in your comment reaches legendary levels. Chad makes beautiful videos, and you get to watch for free. He owes you nothing. I hope he doesn't take your comment to heart. It is a comment that can only dishearten, not inspire.
@LivingTheVanLife3 жыл бұрын
Are you going to watch me build a fire if it's in the snow? It is actually my favorite thing to do while camping - the building of a fire. It's one thing I enjoy about filming these episodes and it’s very satisfying editing the fire scenes together as well. I wasn’t actually trying to educate anyone that I know how to build a fire. You know that I know how to drive a van as well, but yet every video features me driving a van thru the scenes. Everyone loves to have fire while out camping. It's one aspect of these adventures that people can relate to. So, as I work hard to capture the essence of what it’s like to be out on these camping experiences and bring it home to people enjoying these videos from their living rooms, the fire building is important part of the whole experience. You'll get snow when I feel like showing you snow. And I will make sure you know I know how to build a fire in the snow as well.

Hi friend! Happy New Year! Whoever waits for something good, waits not in vain. I take off my hat for you and turn on the caps lock for the quality you give in these videos. Exquisite picture quality, devilish courage in camera guidance, hours of editing and perfect music. And thank you for showing this insanely beautiful nature.

It's because of you that I went and bought a solo stove. I absolutely love it, have already burnt half a truck bed full of wood in 2 months enjoying how great it is. Just ordered a hub for it so I can use my cast iron on it to cook for the family. I'd suggest you take a look, such a great addition to the stove. Cheers!

Chad I love how the sprinter turned out..I'm a trucker and every once in a while I will see a sprinter set up similar to yours..and I ll do a double take...I love your channel and .my favorite part is when you are chopping and shaving the wood just the dry sound it makes let's me KNOW that something exciting is on its way...then you whip out the cutting board and that 1/2 moon shaped knife and then the next thing I know you are chopping up vegetables and adding dry ingredients then wet ingredients then powder then my other favorite part and I ve said it before is you won't say a word you will just show who makes the seasonings that you use..SEE YOU JUST DID IT JUST NOW WITH THE CANE SUGAR...HA HA HA

This video is so beautiful and inspirational and educational. Omg is so cool how you got to see the place where those natives lived in the 1000's. You inspire me to do exactly what you do lol. The outdoors and backcountry is so underrated today, it's great to see someone enjoying life how it was meant to be.
