Congratulations on your purchase and your channel! Lots to explore out there.... Kiln dried wood and smaller fires are the best way to reduce smoke... and don't feel pressured to hang outside... you're "Class A'rs" and according to the Adventure Bandits, Class A people don't hang out outside like other RV class owners LOL! I think they have a point, we have a class A and tend enjoy nature from a climate-controlled environment with footrests instead of heading outside when the weather is unpleasant. Stay safe... enjoy the road and keep the content coming!

Thank you! 😊 LOL. I was thinking about Adventure Bandits and Class A glampers. And, you make a good point! This has been a great experience and we are so happy to be a part of the community. Thank you for watching!

So glad you found us! Welcome to the channel and we greatly appreciate the sub! 😊😎👍. Cherry Hill Park was the most amenity filled campground we've been to so far. We hope you like it as much as we did. 😄. Safe and happy travels. ~Sherri and John

Enjoying the videos!!! So John was a Marine (BOOO!!!) and we noticed you had a Navy sweater(YAYYYY!!!), so does that mean you were in Navy at one time too? Navy Chief, Navy Pride!
@AmpedtoGlamp3 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's correct! John is a retired Marine and I served 8 years in the Navy as a Radioman/IT Specialist. Go Navy!

Hey guys. Walmart usually has firewood in boxes or u can buy a bag of lump charcoal it keeps the smoke down better than the wood does. Happy camping 🏕
@AmpedtoGlamp3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so very much! We'll give that a try next trip. The smoke was really overwhelming.

I’ve been impressed with John’s driving. So glad to have him behind the wheel. Thanks for joining us and happy safe travels to you.

From my personal experience, short of putting on scuba gear, burning wood the smoke will follow you. I have bad sinus problems, I use charcoal when cooking outside,

Thanks for the tip! ❤️ We tried charcoal this weekend while camping...so much better!

Thanks for your video of the camping at Pocomoke St Pk. Were you camped at Shad's Landing ? Also, didn't see a comment as to what the name of the loop was that you were camped on?
@AmpedtoGlamp2 жыл бұрын
Hi Scott 👋. We were at Milburn Landing and I think it was site 12. Just one loop. What a great state park and one of the first we ever visited. Are you thinking about camping there?
@MemawsMatters3 жыл бұрын
Oh yes smoke happens- still don’t know any tricks other than using a camp stove or our Blackstone. That was a gorgeous campground! John we can relate to more gray hairs from learning to drive a Class A!!! Oh man is that different than a car or smaller RVs. It’s getting more normal feeling the more we drive our Coachmen Class A is all I can say- so give it time and go slow 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hi Memaw 👋 Thanks for stopping by to watch our video 😊 John's doing a great job driving, although we did have our first incident with a large curb last week. Didn't fare well for the muffler. Overall, he is doing a fantastic job handling the big rig. Safe travels to you!

Not knowing the dark hidden secrets about the pocomoke forest this is one of the most haunted forest in all of USA I went here during day time and it was scary asf I was in middle of forest I'm talking about deep in the middle and I was next to a old abandoned church and I heard screams I saw figures and it was scary if y'all don't believe me look up the hidden facts about this Forrest I'm never going there again
@AmpedtoGlamp Жыл бұрын
We’ve heard of those stories, some of which were quite scary. We didn’t go deep into the forest and stayed on the shorter hiking trails. No ghosts in our trip. But I believe you based on the stories circulating.

Looks like a great park, ill put that on my list to visit. Thanks for sharing your trip. How do you like the 35k? We are looking at getting that same coach.
@AmpedtoGlamp3 жыл бұрын
Hi Robert 👋 We love the 35K. It's a great floor plan with lots of room and plenty of interior and exterior storage. The chairs are super comfy and having two bathrooms is really nice. We've had some issues with things breaking but I'm ok as long as Fleetwood and the dealership get them fixed. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we are enjoying ours. Pokomoke was the first state park we visited and so far nothing compares to it. Thanks so much for watching and let us know when you get your Bounder.
