In this video Hayley and I make our way North for some camping at Narrow Hills Provincial Park. We found ourselves in one of the best campsites that we've ever seen in Saskatchewan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake and had an amazing kayak paddle and some good kayak fishing as well!

Hi Linda, we hiked around the gem lakes not too far away and those lakes were absolutely gorgeous!!! I would also recommend cypress hills provincial park, which is the highest point in Saskatchewan. Duck Mountain provincial park just across the boarder in Manitoba is very pretty also. But the best camping and hiking that we've ever done has to be in the Canadian rocky mountains. Banff, jasper, and parks in BC are some of the best scenery in the world!!!

@@LuRanOutdoors Hi there I so enjoyed the video...would you mind telling me which campsite it was at Baldy Lake? It looks so beautiful. Is it hard to get a reservation there?

Hi there, thanks so much for watching!! It was an amazing site. It's been so long, I can't remember what site we stayed at. It wasn't too hard to book actually. I would say it is a hidden gem that not too many people fight over. I think this site is the one in the middle of the entire camp site if that helps you at all.
@LuRanOutdoors
@LuRanOutdoors 3 жыл бұрын
All sites are lake front and this was smack down the middle I think.

Thanks very much for your reply...I have been looking on the reservation site photos trying to figure out which one it was. I was thinking it was number 3 which might be right since you said it was smack in the middle. Good to know it isn't too hard to book. Did you like the rest of the park? I noticed that some of the trails are for snowmobiles etc. and those aren't as nice as regular hiking trails. Are there any other Saskatchewan parks you would recommend?

I'm glad you enjoyed your first day of camping, was it? The 3 fish you caught gave me high hopes, just wondering though... what month did you record your video in? I'm just researching some videos before I leave to Narrow Hills for a week long camping trip, in the 1st week of August.

Hey Mike, I think it was beginning of July that we were there in the video. We actually just went again this week, the weather was beautiful and lakes are warmer for swimming. However, fishing has slowed down a bit for sure.

You guys actually have some pretty good content,honestly if you were to edit them a little better and work on your interaction with viewers you could probably have a very successful channel. Keep it going, you’re having fun while you’re doing it anyways
