Camping in Central Cascades, WA | Hiking, Swimming & Endless Forest Roads

July 24th & July 25th I headed into the Central Cascades of Washington for another solo camping trip. The town of Index being a good location to find on a map.. From there I drove up a windy and dusty gravel road to the most perfect campsite where I stayed the night; watching day turn to the night and the sun fade away into the stars, hiking the small trail nearby and so much more. I booked this campsite mostly because I had found a trail that is extremely off the beaten path and I knew I wanted to check it out before it gets more popular.. So the next morning I set off into the valleys of the mountains and hiked my way up until I was on top. These two days are visuals and reasons on why I love Washington so much and feel absolutely blessed to call this place home.
