We enjoyed thus vlog. We were looking for somewhere to camp in Big Bend for Christmas and loved this. We already reserved a spot and are looking forward to it. We just ordered a new rooftop tent and are super excited . We have a trail book of the area and it was fun to see you hike the trails in the book. I too love cooking and food always tastes better when camping . Thanks for the great review of the area. We are looking forward to our trip.

I currently live in Tennessee and do a lot of hiking and photography here, so I'm excited about exploring the areas in Arkansas and even beyond there. The word doily comes from Doiley, the last name of a well-known London dry goods dealer in the 17th century. Originally, the word was an adjective describing suits or fabric, and later, from doily-napkin came the doily we know today. I think they are cool. My wife thinks they are old fashioned. Loved your video. Bootyful!

ARB makes a good air compressor but the single cylinder still takes a while the dual cylinder is really fast but expensive. The fastest of all is using Co2 tank. PowerTank makes some nice ones. But you will have to refill those from a welding supply shop. They last for several refills depending on your tire size.

We're at Big Bend as this video is premiering. Unfortunately, the Boquillas Canyon is closed. Oh well, it's not like there's a shortage of amazing hikes here! If you ever get the chance, the Upper Burro Mesa Pouroff is such a wonderful hike. We did it today and it's my favorite hike so far. The last part is a hike in a narrow canyon, no water. Beautiful!

So cool y'all are in my state, we live in the DFW area just north in a town called Garland!!!! I've wanted to go down there ever since watching the series on TV called Badlands filmed in Terlingua Texas. Do you two know you're at the hot spot for UFO's which is just outside of where you're at in a town called Marfa Texas. People come from all over to see the lights at night in Marfa. Hope you have a great time and look forward myself to going back down to Big Ben area. You are doing it at the right time cause in the summer time it's way to hot to enjoy.
