Vigilante Driver Agreed. I went on a camping trip with some friends a few months ago to these woods on a huge hill and it was bliss. It was raining and you could hear the trees whistling all night. Absolute bliss

Putting away a wet tent can ruin it. Take it out and dry it ASAP. AN Extra tarp can really come in handy.

90% of tents leak in rain either from the foot print ,seams doors , worn repellent , & zippers

Tents do leak but tarps don't! Good job!

No they don't. You just need to go over the seams with seam sealer and spray the tent with scotchguard water repellent. Or just don't buy cheap tents.
