While traveling in our truck camper we found dispersed camping in the sawtooth mountains of Idaho. We spend the day fly fishing and lounging by the water. For dinner Kellie prepares shrimp Alfredo. The next day we mountain bike Fox Creek Loop trail in Ketchum, Idaho. Set up our new camping site at Meadows RV Park. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Enoteca.

After at least 3 years of following you all, I still continue to love all the phenomenal nature scenes you capture. I also enjoy experiencing your bike rides, hikes, kayaking and even fishing experiences. And don’t even get me started on all the wonderful cooking experiences I’ve had with Kelly. You two got me an my husband into camping which we’ve done a few times and loved it! Unfortunately, health issues have kept us from camping as much as we would have liked, but with your scenic videos, we get to camp still, and enjoy all those fun and scenic camping trips with you. Thank you for sharing your fun experiences with us!

Thanks for sharing another great episode...I'm playing catch up on your channel, so probably gonna miss you on this one, but loved your camp site and your fishing. Also, wanted to let you know that you are spot on in worrying more about moose than bear. Moose injure more people than bear, because of how protective mothers are of their babies, but are not smart enough to avoid people. Bears are prote time as well, but try to avoid people. Also, you were spot on about that moose scat being old. That was winter scat. (Summer scat looks closer to a cow patty). Truly appreciate you guys and all the effort you go to, to share with the rest of us.

Dandelion I have seen that big in Alaska. We picked the leaves and yellow flowers and used them in a salad. The roots actually detoxify your liver. You can buy a dandelion supplement. It also helps lever A1C sugar levels in your body.

Nice. Im in Boise and planned on a quick overnight truck trip with the dogs last Friday (8-4-23). I took Bear Valley Road out of Cascade and ended up in Stanley. The rain started outside of Stanley. I found a great spot just North of the Galena Summit. After a quick dinner and brief campfire the rain and T-storms drove me out. It was too wet for the dogs to roam with the heavy rain. I decided to sleep in my own bed instead of reclined in the drivers seat. I drove south through Ketchum and Hailey on my way home. I did keep an eye out for future spots and noted the many campers and trailers in the dispersed areas. I know I saw a camper or two which may have been you. Anyways, Ive always enjoyed your videos!

The seed head that you saw was most likely western salsify, not dandelion. Great fishing! I love to trout fish. You should come to Missouri, we have some great trout fishing here. They are huge compared to dandelion. What a quaint little town, I'm diggin' it. Food looked amazing. Cody, you looked dapper in your button down shirt 😊. You two always look amazing in your outfits, no matter what you are wearing. Happy camping 😊.

I was using Himalyan Salt which is mined in the Himalyan Mountains in Pakastan. But watched a video called Off Grid with Doug and Stacy and they use Redmond Real sea salt mined in an ancient sea bed in Utah. I was confused, an ancient sea bed in Utah????? But that is true and Stacy made me a believer. They also talked about taking a pinch every day. They also use Bentonite Clay from these mines. You definitely should watch their video. I definitely would rather buy anything from the United States in lieu of another country. I think Doug and Stacy even went on a tour through the mines.

This has got to be one of the better camping videos I have seen in a while. I loved the shrimp stuff. Got everything I need. And that restaurant looked amazing!! I saw your truck plates are Arkansas, I lived in Springdale then in 1999 a big box store transferred me to Branson West, MO. Now retired in 2012 and still live in Stone County, MO. on Table Rock Lake. So many different species of fish in Table Rock, I just go for the catfish and crawdads. Sometimes I'll go for blue gill (perch) and crappy. Fish mostly from a kayak. Then below the TRL dam is Lake Taneycomo which is stocked with record rainbow and browns. I have a couple of short videos on here of the Table Rock Lake dam opened up from a huge flood we had here. One of them you can see a huge log coming over and down into Taneycomo. Lots of campgrounds around, not much dispersed camping though. I live just off of what is called a "Lake Road", one way in and one way out. Down at the end of it is a Corp of Engineer campground. It's called Aunts Creek Campground COE. It's on State Highway OO (double O). Get ahold of me if you ever come this way. (Don't wait too long, (I'm old)). Even though it's just a couple miles from my house (driving), it's actually less then a half mile from my house as the crow flies, ( I am so very sorry and apologetic. (DISCLAIMER : I don't mean that crows are more superior than other birds or inferior. I have stayed there in my 2020 Grand Caravan. (I can leave my camp set up and drive home to take care of my animals then be right back when I am done). Check which times they are and are not busy. Just stay away around the 4th of July. It's crazy and very sad but so many drownings around the holidays. A few years ago, one of my neighbors that lives here had taken her 3 young sons to the boat dock, the youngest fell in and couldn't swim, the second son jumped in to get him, got under the boat dock so the eldest jumped in. Long story short, the youngest that fell in survived, his 2 older brothers didn't make it.
