Great vid but how do you keep the weight off ? I am partially fasting, last meal at 930 dont eat again until 200 pm. I can not go anywhere near drink or i get a belly, not fair

Cycling helps get you lean .. I did well the other year .. but put a stone on during lockdown.. went to 14 .2 ... I'm now 13. Half .. 1/2 stone to go lol eat lots & drink at week end .. during the week I'm like a nun lol .. I have dinner .. tea then don't eat till dinner but have a Actimel & half pint milk in morning ..
