I got a drawer full brother, the best maps out there, and free of charge. One thing Pennsylvania really does well, and its actually interesting over time the maps evolve, new trails are carved etc... I hope you get that deep rest that we all really need brother, I know how hard you are working... You are truly appreciated my man.

Great relaxing camping video Cliff. Thanks for taking us along. Considering t was July 3&4, it sounded like it was fairly quiet people-wise. Hard to believe someone would let their kids chalk up the picnic table. I would never have allowed my kids to do that. The rock is no big deal, at least it's not spray paint! A month and a half later, so Happy Independence Day past Cliff.

Top Tip. Let those pkg dinners “rest” for 5 minutes or so and the noodles will absorb all that liquid and make for a tastier and more filling meal. Works at home too with pasta and rice dishes. Love your content😊

Hi Cliff. Watching you with your Planters cashews I was wondering if you knew the history of Planters? Planters Peanut Company was founded in 1906 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania by Italian immigrant Amedeo Obici, he had a fruit and vegetable stand. There is a pretty good hour long KZbin video on the history and growth of Planters.

Cliff if you go to the bottom of the hill from cucumber falls and go left away from the river there is a old iron furnace. It's about 10 minutes down that road. If you keep going that direction you end up in WV.

I live in a town that has two crossings - 2 sets of tracks that are busy. All day and night. You actually do get used to it - even the whistles. But camping in the woods, yes, it would be unexpected.

The buzzing noise you are hearing is the Wastewater Treatment Plant for the Campground, probably the blowers for aeration. You are near the lowest point in the campground. I stayed there last year but we were up in the group sites #229, no blower noise up there, just the trains. We hiked from the campground, down the mountain, around the natural area, across into town, to the waterslides, then Cucumber Falls, then back up to the campground.

Probably someone's kid did that and they called it art and thought it was cute. People are awful sometimes. It was very hot and humid then as I remember. It also rained around 9:30, right in time for the fireworks. We never camped there, the ex thought the hill was too steep for our vehicle. So you go up hill 30mile an hour, who cares? But he'd never go. Looking forward to the rest if the trip. You do look tired, take care of yourself. That stuff isn't going anywhere ,you can always come back. Hope you are all rested now Safe travels❤❤❤❤❤

The. roar of your gas burner blocks out the the train . whistle and all, and rhe motorcycles..can’t hear them, but Ibelieve you. Now your campfire campfire sounds like a heavy downpour except when you speak. You have a veey sensitive microphone!! Those instant meals are really convenenint, when we first went camping with my Husband;s folks, my mother -in-law cooked elaborate dinners in camp. Elisitng my help, my help, she made roast beef diiner from scratch, and stayed in camp while the men and kids went hiking. We cooked over the fire and then heated water to wash dishes and pots and pans afteward then it was time to go to bed. I was so tired from all that work..keeping the fire going etc. sweeping and raking up aound the camp, My MIL, had many stories about her childhood druing the Great Depression. She said she was “born camping” her parents from W Virginia lived in thei car with thei 5 kids, driving cross country looking for work. The ended up in Oregon where her Grandmother had a farm, and made it though the Depression years. My generation born during WWII, never knew those hard times, My Fatherin-law and my Father continued to warn us, Don’t expect the Good Times to last. Save your money, buy land, learn how to sstore food and water, grow a garden. . Be prepared for the next time-. it will come. Well, it was a long time coming, but it hit in 2020 with the pandemic. Because we had taken our Elder’s warnings seriously, we managed to survive those 2 terrible years when you couldnt get toilet papar. (just kidding) but seriously, TP was something I never thought about storing.. .You tube and the internet turned out to e a Blessing and a way to stay connected and make new friends on-line. it made the isolarion at home, enjoyable,, leaning how to slow down, I am too old to go camping, and i enjoy tagging along on your adventures. Thank you for sharing. I never traveled to the East coast, and I am surprised how beautiful the woodlands are, and how uch of our history and heritage has been preserved. .
