Just wanted to let you know that your videos have been a big inspiration for me to upgrade my set up. It was the push I needed to get outside more during a time where my job has been much more stressful. Good video, lovely location. 😀 The Fubi’s back side is lacking screen, and this missing feature excludes us from purchasing. Excellent cooking segments. 😋 Most areas we like to camp have prohibited all wood and charcoal fires. Which pan do you use for stir fry? Thanks for sharing.

Question for you. Is it possible to use the deep mesh tray with a stainless single tray on top? I noticed you did something like that with 3rd party items.

Yes, it's possible. I'm using a 4-unit IGT at work as a desk and I have a deep mesh tray with a stainless steel tray on top of it that I keep my coffee and tea making supplies in. Got my computer on the left half, and the right side is where I'll set up my flat burner and percolator pot to make coffee. The customers are really amused by it and the whole store smells like whatever coffee I'm brewing at the time.
