Cool camp set up too and I can't wait to get out in the bush up here once Jeane and Dave come to Australia. Hey dude, we were pretty stoked but shocked more then anything. Looking forward to heading back down when we can. Was so peaceful and didnt see any other person for like 3 days which was good. I bet it would be something else for Jeane and David to camp out in the bush. The boys are in Melbourne with Mum and Dad, they went and watched the footy last night, Roosters v someone, LOL. We might have to eat all their eggs before they get home. Have a great weekend, Happy Easter and chat soon.

@@GrotyGold Yeah the boys sounded like they had a good time, I was talking to mum last night....the roosters played storm and latrell mitchell kicked a field goal in extra time to win it for the roosters. Hey in that first shaft that Steve dropped the rock in, I worked out that it is about 30.6m deep :) ..... s=0.5 x g x t(2)....... so s= 0.5 x 9.80665 x (2.5 x 2.5) ....... s(distance)= 30.6m ....that's working it out at 2.5sec freefall time going of the video time. the speed is v = vo + g x t ....... so v = 0 + 9.80665 x 2.5 ....... v (speed) = 24.51m/s at final freefall speed just before hitting the ground :) which is 88.25 km/h just simply times the 24.51 by 3.6 to convert to km/h.

We went down with the expectation of finding nothing but junk and we were so surprised with our finds. Persistence pays off. For a few hours, we thought the detectors were not working right as the ground was very quite and highly worked. The power of the new Coiltek coil might have saved the day. The boys went to my (Alicia's) parents and went to the footy in Melbourne to watch the chickens and the storm play. IN Reply once I was coming in fro a mine I had out in the western desert and came up on a herd of antelope. Normally these animals are very shy. Well there was a female standing half on off the road I slowed down and down and finally stopped just before her nose touched the windshield. She just looked at us for a while and turned off. Those are treasures you cannot buy. Here's hoping something like that for you
