As promised, here is my little sit down chit chat about my camping trip from last weekend :) There was quite a lot I had to think about for this trip! Wild fires, unexpected rain, getting older and what type of camping style I discovered I prefer nowadays. I'm sorry about the terrible conditions in Canada with all the wildfires going on. From what I've heard and seen, it's been unusually dry and the winter has been mild. Glad you made it back safely and at least you got to somewhat enjoy your trip.

Really hope you read my message! I’ve watched you since I was 13/14. You’ve helped me relax so many times when I needed it.. You’re by far the best ASMRist I’ve ever found no joke!!! Your hand movements, your calming mannerism and you’re voice and whispering is incredibly relaxing and natural! Very dainty, and realistic! Like you don’t even have to try hard 😌 I have a request: I love your show and tell videos with you behind the camera showing items and whispering very close. im so sorry about the fires in NY it was bad here too i cant believe the air could go that far - crazy glad you had a nice weekend away i was wondering if you were taking the puppies !!! great video as always sorry about the rain though if anything can ruin a camping trip its surely the rain glad all went well for the most part though

Man, do I miss camping!! I am very much the same. I want to enjoy nature, spend quality time with those I'm there with, but in a non-rowdy manner, and have fun adventures! I also love these kinds of videos! I wish I could enjoy your eating videos, but my misophonia is triggered by many types of eating sounds, so they're hard for me to watch. I live for these soft-spoken chit chats, though!!!! 🥰

Hi Ilse👋🏻 I was so excited to hear how your camping trip went! I have never been camping in a tent before and I'm 45 years old😂 I do love the outdoors though! I had a good laugh when you were talking about being in your early 20's😂😂 Boy can I relate! Wooow i was so excited when you mentioned you have a Serbian friend and cevape. You were talking about kaymak ( milk product ) that is often eaten with cevapi as well as other things depending on the region. This is the proper occasion for me to comment to one of your videos even though i have been watching all of them for some time now. I dont have big habit of leaving comments but i've been wishing to tell you how besides being extremely relaxed by you, i find you very fascinating. Yes! That is the stuff :) Our friends groups is very diverse so we get all sorts of interesting foods, usually during parties and things. Cevape with that delicious bread and kaymak is one of my favorite things! Aww thank you so much! That puts a smile on my face 😊I appreciate you! Maybe one day! Our Serbian friend just bought an apartment there to stay in for holidays and such so we will see :)

Here in Connecticut (and especially in New York) we had 3 days or horrible smoke. When I walked outside it felt like walking into a camp fire. It was completely foggy with smoke, the sun couldn’t break through and it smelled like fire. I thought about you several times, wondering if your camping trip would be canceled. After hearing about your weekend I was reminded how much I hate camping and with no campfire when it’s 50 degrees (Fahrenheit), well that’s just torture to me!

I saw it on the news! It looked pretty insane. It smelled like campfire here too for a few days but because of heavy winds it would come and go throughout the day. Ah yes hahaha the beginning of June is kinda cold to go camping here in Ontario. The end of June and September and the best times in terms of temperatures :)

Shame about the little niggles though, sadly camping can be unpredictable, as can people, but it sounds like it was nice to get home aswell. Camping with other people is really hard . I love to cano but hate that when people in other sites are up really late drinking . Then the next morning people have their little kids up at the butt crack of dawn lol We try to pick sites that aren’t on a loop as I found that people with little kids try to be on a loop so kids can play . We avoid tha Last time we camped this guy was letting his little kids ride their scooters and run around yelling at no joke 5 am - I was like I’m getting too old for this lol❤ who does that ? It woke everyone up in the loop Sounds like you had a good time overall though so I’m glad ❤

It can be indeed! That's what I was thinking both nights in the back of my head. I kept telling our group that a lot of people go camping to enjoy the piece and quiet and to tone it down a bit. Because I am one of those people that doesn't like that either -.- That is a good tip, thank you for that :)

I saw those as well as I was researching fish in Ontario but on all the pictures I have seen I do not see the bright blue fins so I am not sure! Colors always show up more intense in the water so maybe?
