what's the best way of breeding the springtails ?

Hey bud - I have a breeder tub with lots of rotten wood etc inside, however, once you have a culture add them into another plastic tub, make sure it’s damp, not soggy. Then add leaf litter, pieces of wood if you can. I have a video called “top tips for giant African millipedes & breeder insects. You can see on that video how I do it! 😃❤️ Thanks for watching though too man ❤️

How would you do about moving them when they outgrow the setup?

Something this small is super easy as you can just not hydrate the little container and place it into the new setup and they’ll naturally move due to no direct heat or humidity 😄

I would love to do this with a Solenopsis colony. The only issue is growth, I don’t have the space for that type of colony yet or even the time to keep up with them! But perhaps early next year I may consider them 😃
