Hello Aastha, I need your favour to clear my doubt. Since MUHS has a certain bond of not leaving the country for 5 years. But I came across some to be mbbs graduates from seth gs, who have done / are doing clinical electives from U.S during the mbbs course ? So, Can you please clarify which approach they used in order to evade that bond especially during the mbbs period? 1 Possibility . Is this bond not strict enough, can it be evaded without any knowledge to MUHS, in order to prepare for USMLE match, such as attending clinical electives , observerships etc from U.S or appearing in Step 1 /2 / Toefl etc. 2 Possibility. Did they just broke the bond while during mbbs only - in 2nd/3rd year by paying 10 Lakhs , is this possible ? Can we break that bond before completing mbbs. 3 Possibility . Is the bond not applicable during mbbs , is it only applicable when the mbbs is completed ? If this is the case , does it mean we can leave the country for electives etc .... during mbbs and break the bond after its completion. Please clarify what's the reality, and also confirm with them as well. It would be of great help for me... Thank you Siddhant
