First, as a consumer of those products I have asked doctor's opinions and did research and proved that those products are good for the body. Secondly, 30 days is not enough for anything to work, it is a supplement which are used to improve your condition over a long period of time. I think the problem is the lack of scientifical accuracy. I personally would never buy supplements from shady Jones, but if Goal Guys really wants to prove a point here he's got to be more accurate. This can be done by having a physical exam before and after as well as a blood exam. Furthermore, it's arguable whether a month is enough to notice a difference. All in all, a more controlled study where he'd try this for, say, three months and would have had some doctors involved could've lead to more reliable results, even if the results reached the same conclusion he did initially.

Sociologists have solutions to nearly all societal problems we encounter today, economists could make the economy run so much better than it is currently. A vegetable and plant based diet with some supplements thrown in (whether they are weak or strong is not relevant) and working out will hardly get you killed. In fact I'd argue that if he had taken this "30 days challenge" serious, he should have seen an improvement in his body and well-being regardless of whether he took those supplements or not, based around the fact alone that he improved his diet, worked out intensively and avoided stress. Of course this improvement would also be minor because 30 days isn't a very long time when it comes to the human body. Changes are gradual and slow. There are people out there who had lift weights for years before they were closing in on the six pack. 2nd theory - The video uploader was already living relatively healthy before and doing sports (his arms are quite muscular, indicating he has been working out for a long time) so the changes weren't that big because he already has gotten close to his natural peak before.

What Alex does is he finds what are the best supplements being sold on the market and has formulas made up that copy the best ones out there (ingredients wise} and sells them at a lower price than others do . I use his Nascent Iodine X2 and I can get the same exact formula from another company, but he sells his for about $5 to $10 dollars less than the competitors. Any supplement takes between 6 and 8 weeks to notice the first effects. Giving up glutton (wheat , barley rye and oats ) makes the supplements more absorbable .
