Why do most people try the shoot to go perfectly just keep practicing for many days and see the difference in 3 months.

So cool, I’ve honestly been microdosing taking .2-.3 grams and I expected not to feel anything. I surely felt something and I was very happy with it. Golden teachers are very nice.

Greg "Laser Eyes" Doucette is a terrible person to watch, in general... but I guess even a broken clock is right twice a day. Pacing and sort of the flip side of the same coin, consistency are probably the 2 #1 keys for any sort of fitness journey. As far as I can tell, consistency is the real key, but pacing helps with that immensely. I've watched quite a few different influencers, those who claim to be science based and those who don't, and those who heavily criticize others, especially Greg... as well as having read several articles and stuff... and yeah, consistency and pacing. Edit: that said, if you're getting worse sleep AND performing worse, it may be a good idea to take a day or two off. Optimization is far from everything, and far too many people obsess over it... but one of the #1 ways to be extremely sub-optimal? Getting really poor sleep. Rest sometimes. Doesn't work well with this kind of challenge where you have to repeat the entire thing from day 1 if you skip a day... but honestly, there's a reason most people like The World's Strongest Man guys and damn near everyone else, have rest days, de-loads, etc. ESPECIALLY if you aren't used to working out every day (if you're about to start or just started), you should probably workout more like every other day... or even have 2 rest days between workouts. And then ramp up. After 2-4 weeks, drop down to one rest day between workouts, then you can do something like PPL and do 3 workout days in a row, rest, then 3 more. Of course, then you have to rest again, probably... you don't just Push, Pull, Legs, Push because it's Monday again lol. Resting is extremely important, especially the less used to working out you are/your body is. Consistency is kind of rule #1 or even rule 0... but it includes consistently getting enough sleep. If your workout destroys your sleep, it will destroy itself, too. And honestly, for your overall health, guess what's more important? Sleep or bigger muscles? Absolutely sleep.

Nice transformation but 1 critique is that you don’t need to go low fat, when your eating chicken and salad, that is super low carb which is important for weight loss, but going low fat isn’t important.. all your doing is starving yourself of essential fats your body needs, this is where the cravings come from, your need for energy… nothing wrong with eating meat with fat on it, you won’t gain more weight.. you’ll feel a lot better for it.. just keep the carbohydrates low.. if your unsure on this look at how people on a carnivore diet actually lose weight the more fat they eat.. it’s the reduction of carbohydrates that matters It will help to stop the cravings, the reason you craved McDonald’s etc is the high fat and salt your body wants.. completely natural and fine to consume and still lose weight.. not that I’m recommending McDonald’s, because it’s also full of carbs, but treat yourself to a steak cooked in butter and topped with salt, much more healthier and will satisfy your body’s requirements whilst continuing to lose weight

Probably the best, most helpful fitness video I have ever seen. The skinny/fat problem for average frame guys and girls is a tough one, but this is the answer. Gardening, walking, dancing, hiking or anything you enjoy that makes you move is one important element. Don't let boredom with gym work kill your motivation - this happened to me several times. Snacking is another temptation to snuff out, if you are serious about improving your health. Excellent video, you're pretty fly for a white guy.

Yeah, I'd rather actually fast than eat that diet. Fully abstaining from calories is healthier anyway as it doesn't cause your metabolism to reduce the way calorie restriction does.
