Just out of curiosity: Why are you opting out for a vegan Protein Shake if you're not a vegan? Isn't Milk protein superior? :)

I know this is two years old but your 3 point shots are not working because you jump towards the net and not back where u jumped at first. This makes your shots a little more powerful but less accuracy.

I don't know if mewing works or not, having only recently heard of it and watched a couple of videos, and tried it just a little. However I did notice that many of the recommendations - for breathing, posture and diet are the same across many areas. While I don't know about fixing your teeth and face bones, that care with your neck and upper back, your diet and abdominal breathing are good for hiatal hernias, trouble swallowing and chronic breathing problems, and probably a lot of other problems. If you train your body in the right direction and correct those problems, you see your body starting to work better and look better. If you have trouble breathing, tucking your chin and straightening your neck and shoulders, and the abdominal breathing makes it much easier to get a good breath and recover from being short of breath. It helps with the hiatal hernia, all those things and stretching. Dropping the fast and packaged foods and sweet drinks does wonders on their own. If you put it all together you'll see benefits. And if you also sit your tongue right, you might even get more beautiful 🙂

I'm currently just starting to learn how to jump rope, the last time I remember myself skipping I was about ~9 (I have a incoherent memory, so this might be wrong..) I'm now 13, and on day one, I couldn't jump rope three times in a row 😭 Wasn't used to the feeling of being heavier and taller. By the end of the day, I could finally combo 20, and although I know it isn't very good- I'm still happy for my results!!

The first time I did them, I discovered that I had a penis. I thought it was the most amazing thing I’d ever seen. Stared at it for about half hour. Actually I do that when I’m not on mushrooms but that day, it just amazed me

Embrace the suck. Use anger if you need to. Learn. To compete, find anything you're passionate about and just decide you're going to be better than others. Humble and kind and willing to teach, but confident you will crush it better than others. For me that was just about anything i get in to. Basketball, art, shooting, construction, problem solving. Sometimes it's physical, sometimes it's mental. To compete, you have to be confident in your competence.

People need to realize that you shouldn’t go from completely sedentary to a hardcore workout regimen. There’s a risk of rhabdomyolysis

It took balls to post this. I love just about everything about working out, but reverse lunges like you were doing with the dumbells, those things are dogshit. I hate them so much. It also took over a year of assisted pullups to be able to do a couple without assistance. I hope you stuck with it.

You've been doing all these bs routines for years and these are your results. At the end you show photos of yourself with your shirt off, even though you have a video camera, because you didn't get any noticeable results and you can't doctor a video like you can a photo, sucking in your gut and using warm lighting. Why even do this sh-t if you don't have to and it doesn't make a difference? Should just casually exercise and don't push yourself.

A big mistake people make is making their workouts too damn exhausting. If it kills you one day, then all you're dreading is doing it the next day. Do as much as you can without it causing you too much stress. After a few weeks or months, it becomes a habit that you want to repeat even on your days off, this is when you can push your limits

Thank you, I know this was a while ago but it was the only video I could find on the alternate days fasting for a person who has a reasonable BMI but not a good fat - waist to hip ratio. I also wondered how long to adhere to the regimen. I want to lose the final 10-15 lbs. I have light workouts in the gym but swim lengths, do stairs and long walks (with hills) regularly. I used intermittent fasting for years and lost 60 lbs but this final plateau has been very long and I want to rid myself of the last stubborn inches of my belly fat. Very helpful thanks.

There is no way his after photo was still 32% body fat or the before photo was 36%. No way. Usually scans are pretty accurate but not always. That after photo can’t possibly be over 28%. And 36% is really really a lot, most people I know who were or are at that percentage are rather obese. Try it for yourself, look up pictures of people who are 36% body fat. They are way way bigger than he was.

Nice jump rope skills! And as much as I love jumping rope, it's not nearly as calorie-killing as running. I feel like I could jump rope and stare at a wall for an hour and still not burn a fraction of the calories as I would on a 30-minute run on some trails or a scenic residential area. Not to mention "going all out," while a great way to burn off what you just ate and then leave you feeling like a starving pile of mush, isn't the greatest fat-burning strategy. An easy paced jump rope session or jog in which you don't surpass you maximum aerobic function is the key fat-burning zone. If you're going so hard that you can't hold a conversation or solely nasal breathe, most of all you're burning is what is glucose and not so much body fat. And all-out efforts lead to feeling hungrier much more than medium-effort activities.
