I wish more presenters were this clear and concise. Some people faff five minutes' worth of content into a 15- or 20-minute video. Thank you for sticking to the point!

I like you just get to it, no explaining things that people won't remember. Seeing practical examples start to finish is best way to learn.

Your tutorials showing how to approach creating different objects are the best FreeCad teaching resource on You Tube. As i am learning FreeCAD, and only use it to create functional 3D parts, i dont use it daily so will never become an expert. My workflow involves going through your videos and seeing how a certain object could be created, then cracking on. Sometimes, ill pull a few tips from a couple of videos to get to where i need to be whilst im still learning. Thank you so much for what you provide to the community.

Great video as always. May I request some clearer and larger images on the options you are selecting on the menu so it's easier to find them when making my own? Thank you.

You can do this with just a pad, a cut then a chamfer, at the cost of slightly more complicated sketches.

Which is the freecad revision you are using? Is it 1.0?

It's version 1.0 RC2 (seen on the top left corner of the screen), the official FreeCAD 1.0 already includes it.
