Cam, , you had me laughing so hard when you described your neighborhood! I could relate! Funny story: I moved to a studio apartment (crazy expensive/ $2K a month), in a nice town but I made a huge mistake. I signed the lease before looking at it! OMG! So I"m "amped" - I have my keys, there's a pool, a workout room...I mean it was supposed to be really exclusive according to the "online" description.. When I opened the patio blinds my heart sank when I saw a "Kindercare" like 5 feet away from my balcony! Those kids screamed M-F from 7 am - 7 pm like they were high on sugar...straight into my freaking living room/kitchen/bedroom. Man, I thought I was going to get PTSD from that noise.
