The item chance I can't calc because I don't know how many hold items there is in the game.. HOWEVER you can debug 685 items so say maybe 500?.. the Flinch into 25% para twice.. wouldn't that be 0,625%.. so roughly 1 in 200 without item... Now with the item chance (or risk in this case) it would be 0,00125% chance if you use 500 as held items but that could be wrong.. EDIT.. It could also have been a Razorfang so it's 0,0025%... (Full odds Shiny would be 0,0122%...)

It was truly a great run I was hyped every episode, and what a truly bitter end (typical pokemon haha). But I know you will come back stronger and better! Now take your time to rest and take a well deserved break. Which I also recommend as in the next months IF will add several new pokemon such as the kalos starters, maybe they will help you out in 2025🙇✨

Shady, I am 6’2” and currently 185lbs. I follow a routine that consists of 6 months of bulking, beginning of November - end of April, and then a 6 month cut May-October (although I tend to plateau before October). Last year I got all the way down to 175 and I looked incredible, but very thin. This year I put on a lot of muscle during the last bulk and so I only went down to 185 on my cut this year and I look even more incredible. Lean, but still muscular. You’re right that it’s mostly diet, but don’t cut so much that you lose everything you added during the bulk. Love to hear how disciplined you’ve been with it though, keep at it! 💪

Lovely vid as always. Been enjoying the series a lot. If i may, i had a potential idea for a series: either normal hardcore or soulink rules, but after each gym you swap 1 pokemon with each other. And 3 of the swapped pokemon have to be used in E4. See who can beat the game with least amount of deaths. Also had another Nuzlock idea harcore rules, but after each gym the team used in the gym cannot be used anymore. This forces a lot of pre planning, and use of more pokemon. Also you could do high risk with just taking 1 pokemon to a gym, this way you save a lot of pokemon for further use. But if you lose, you lose the run. If there is time, let me know your thoughts on these ideas
