Can 3D organoids predict tumor response to radiotherapy?

This @mediphysman research studies the possibility of using 3D tumor organoids to predict the sensitivity of a patients tumor to radiation therapy before they receive treatment. This way the treatment they receive might be optimized and personalized to fit what works best for their specific tumor.
