I learned the Krebs cycle in Chem A, Professor Berkan used 'happy bachelors' i his drawings. Then, it came up in Biochemistry, I already knew it! Then it cam up in Nursing school, I already knew it! Then it came up in Organic Chemistry in Pre Med, yeah on top of that! Now here it is again, demonstrating the value of education and excellent teachers! Dr. Been is an excellent teacher people!

Thank you Dr Been. I started taking MB to ensure cognitive health. My sister has been on SSRI’s for over 30 years. She also has stage 3 kidney disease (for over 9 years with no improvement) caused by other meds she had been on. She got off her SSRI and started MB, 10 mg a day. She never felt better. Her doc was worried and made her get a blood test to see how her kidneys were dealing with MB. He was shocked to see her score improved 10 points after being on MB for only 1 month.

Wow. Her kidneys improved after using MB? I wonder if it is because she stopped using the other meds or because MD helped.

Fascinating discussion! People who are on SSIRs antidepressants should bear in mind that Methylene blue is a Monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI). MAOI inhibitors are known to cause serotonin toxicity when administered with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI).

People on antidepressants should know the Serotonin theory of depression is officially dead. As of 2022 there is no evidence to support the use of SSRIs in anyone for depression. It is now known a small percentage have placebo effects, that's all. Serotonin levels have little correlation to depression. Big Pharma made 400 Billion in profits, but they don't work. Sound familiar? The original Pfizer vaccines .

1st make sure it’s pharmaceutical grade and comes from reputable lab. You can buy online directly from a couple companies or Amazon as long as reputable. I started with .50ml = 1 drop twice per day in water. Moved up to 2 drops twice daily then 4. Low dose is best. Before sauna, I started putting 2 drops under tongue for sublingual route. I’m dealing with autoimmune vax injury of 19 mo and pretty bad off so not sure if helping yet. I’ve had no issue with blue mouth BTW. Brand I’m using BPH MB 1% USP grade. Biopharm inc Arkansas.

I have used PBMT, principally Near Infrared Light, for several years and it is very effective in most cases, particularly where you get the dosage right by reading high quality studies. MB is new to me but I recently read where hospitals and dental clinics are combining either 405 nm violet light with MB (dental applications) or Near Infrared Light (around 810 nm or upwards) with MB to reduce post-surgical infections, particularly in medical environments having problems with ineffective antibiotics. I am now very interested to study the relationship between the light and the MB as I used to think MB was used only to give the light an external chromophore in the case of a virus infection (bacteria have internal chromophores so no MB may be needed). Anyway, I am being chatty because of excitement of seeing one of the best and most easily understandable lectures ever presented on these subjects by this remarkable speaker. I am subscribed and I will watch all of the videos.

It all sounds good, but remember, all chemical medications will have side effects. People have some significant adverse reactions to MB. And don't forget some doctors recommend fluvoxamine for long covid, which is a mystery to me, because SSRIs can send certain people to hospitals from awful psychotropic reactions. Further, anyone wanting to take MB for covid should not take it with fluvoxamine (an SSRI)

ChatGPT from transcript - To summarize the provided text, here are the requested details: ### 12 Main Topics 1. Overview of methylene blue and its role in neuronal protection. 2. Mitochondrial health and its relevance to neuronal function. 3. Cellular energy production via mitochondria and oxidative phosphorylation. 4. Role of methylene blue in mitochondrial respiration. 5. Mechanisms of ATP production and the electron transport chain. 6. Importance of oxygen in mitochondrial function and nitric oxide regulation. 7. Impact of mitochondrial damage on cell survival and reactive oxygen species production. 8. Neuroprotective effects of methylene blue and near-infrared light therapy. 9. Optimal dosages of methylene blue for neuroprotection. 10. Effects of near-infrared light on complex IV activity in mitochondria. 11. Enhancement of neuroregenerative processes (e.g., synaptogenesis, axonal sprouting). 12. Clinical applications of methylene blue in conditions like cerebral ischemia, traumatic brain injury, and COVID-19-related damage. ### 10 Advises 1. Use low doses of methylene blue (0.4-4 mg/kg) for safe and effective neuronal benefits. 2. Avoid high doses, as they may be toxic or have adverse effects in vivo. 3. Combine methylene blue therapy with near-infrared light for synergistic effects. 4. Implement methylene blue within 24 hours of neuronal injury for optimal protection. 5. Monitor oxygen levels during therapy to support mitochondrial function. 6. Consider methylene blue for managing neurodegenerative conditions and injuries. 7. Use near-infrared light parameters tailored to penetrate brain tissues effectively. 8. Focus on improving mitochondrial health to enhance overall neuronal recovery. 9. Maintain good systemic oxygenation for better outcomes during therapies. 10. Integrate methylene blue as part of comprehensive neuroprotective protocols. ### 10 Critical Moments 1. Dysfunction of mitochondria leading to reduced ATP production and cell energy crisis. 2. Increased production of reactive oxygen species during mitochondrial stress. 3. Loss of mitochondrial membrane potential triggering apoptosis. 4. Hypoxia-induced nitric oxide imbalance affecting blood flow. 5. Risk of high-dose methylene blue causing cellular toxicity. 6. Failure of electron transport chain enzymes during neuronal damage. 7. Disruption in synaptic connections and axonal sprouting post-injury. 8. Delay in therapy increasing the risk of irreversible neuronal loss. 9. Overproduction of inflammatory mediators due to mitochondrial dysfunction. 10. Need for precise dosing and delivery methods to maximize therapeutic benefits.

@@ericjohnson624 She had a flu shot. First one, and last one, ever. We are slow, careful, minimalistic about vaccines. They wanted to give her a bunch more. We came in for a TDaP and a sign off on the other optional ones. I had always never allowed more than three at one time (like only MMR, OR polio, not both...). That time they convinced her to do the flu. Unbeknownst to us, it was a four way. Plus, rather than give her the TDaP, they gave her an MMR that she didn't need. She was sick within minutes while still in the exam room. They said she was fine. By the time we got to the car, her back hurt so bad she had to lay down. Within a half hour she started to pas out upon standing. I called the office and they said she had the flu. On Tamiflu within an hour. Lost 14 lbs in two weeks. Uncontrollable fever, pain, fainting, utter weakness.... Second round of Tamiflu as soon as the first was finished. All by phone only. The staff refused to see it as anything unusual. I didn't realize what really was happening because I had never heard of cytokine storms. No vaccines since then. We moved from Washington state to Florida. We had to get a waiver for school. Doesn't MB have the ability to restore oxphos in the cancer cell and reverse the warberg effect? If cancer is using glycolysis in the cytoplasm and producing lactate and shuts down the use of cytochrome c oxidases ability to function properly, stopping from spilling into the cytoplasm and signaling apoptosis. So mb would allow the mitochondria to restart oxphos and because it's sick cause the spillage and apoptosis?
