Not sure why when I have a baby boy pregnancy my spice level goes through the roof!!!!! You know me and my children have been passing quarantine enjoying all of your videos!!! Joel I think I saw your shorts catch fire when you dropped that chili on your clothes. When you mixed the chili oil with your chopsticks look at the color that drew up into the stick. That is kind of like cinnamon toothpicks we had as kids. Chili square where the golden Triangle meets the chilies of China.

Myself and other patrons of a Mexican restaurant had to go outside for some fresh air……the cook was grilling chili’s and he was a bit over zealous. Joel thank you for sharing the joy of Chinese food. I came to know 'fried Chinese delights' (and soups, noodles, dumplings etc.) as a young child, through a Chinese uncle of mine, and my father who would take us out for lunches and dinners at authentic Chinese restaurants (meaning no English on the menus and a Chinese immigrant clientele) in Toronto's original Chinatown. It was my first introduction to really spicy food.

@@JoelsTastyRide It's summer time here in mainland U.S.A. Particularly, here in Texas, the heat is INTENSE with temperatures hovering in the upper 90's and the extreme humidity. It's not the best time to be outdoor. This time I gave you the radioactive mark because that Chilli Chicken dish really burns. Kristina 😃 yes I can definitely do that, I have actually been already extending them as far as I can, even running over the next sentence that would actually be translating.
