You guys made it look easy and from a First Mate, it was fun to watch - - it wasn't boring.

That was fun. Thank you. I like the detail of how she put the headset on the deck for you to grab later.

Great team work. Lyn, unlike many, is really checked out on line handling. And of course, Ed is always composed as there is usually something unexpected. Years ago my wife and I had excitable experiences dealing with a sail boat...but we're still happy. Thanks for sharing! You've got to love it, as boating is work!

Great Educational Video! When it comes to certain select key words like you’re “CLEAR”, it’s a good practice to never say that word till you you are actually clear (Lyn said “hold on, you’re not CLEAR” -better might be to simply say “hold on” or “Stand by”…. …or even better, Lyn can use a special compound key phase like “FREE & CLEAR” or a special code phase like Lyn yelling “ED YOURE AN AMAZING HUNKA-MAN!” to indicate he’s free to thrust forward away from the T-head

Yes, that was unusual for Lyn to use the word before I was actually clear. The real problem we have is Cleo keeps saying clear in Lyn's voice!

In actuality, this has been a really interesting wee bit of content demonstrating cooperative boat handling. I'd love to see others of a similar length showing some other practical boat relating activities!

Just bought a 36’ trawler, thinking of naming it Floaty potato. Will be doing some upgrades over the winter, would be awesome to see you guys out there and buy you a drink or two 😊. You have been one of my favorite inspirations in getting out on the water. Many thanks!!!

Love this video. I enjoy seeing how people handle situations around the dock working as a team. Personally I always use the dock cleats as leverage for pulling the boat in it seems to take the stress off the lower back.

Love that tigerwood flooring! Gets that deep orangy-redish color very quickly, and will get a bit deeper yet with more time.

You have a good wife😀. There's no way my wife would do all that. That's way I'm buying a boat I can handle by my self.

Great video showing how you two work together! But I must say this! I have small center console boat for fishing! The few times my wife has been on the boat has not worked out! I'll just go ahead and say it! My wife knows everything about everything and you cannot tell her otherwise! I don't even have enough sense to get a bottle of water out of the fridge! So I stay away from anything that needs her help!

When it comes to doing the lines, Lyn is in charge. I can over-ride her if I think it is needed but for the most part, I just trust her to get the job done.

You guys do it well... I tell people situational awareness .. current/tides and wind... we are looking at a bigger boat and marriage savers are on the must have list ;). Thanks!

Can you tell us what you use for “marriage savers” we have tried several set ups Not real happy with what we have. Yours look to work well and is self contained? No wire in the way. Captain Frank
