Hi Thank you so much for such useful content. I have been watching your vedios. I wanted to thank you and God bless. I was trying to listen this vedio with great intrest because I have exact situation you are explaining. I have join Title with my father because at the time we bought the condominium I had no much crédito in usa, was new to the country so added my dad. The property is in Maryland. This is the case for 10 years now. I paid for the condo. We were thinking my dad creat trust and transfer his part to me. So in the end I own all of it with out Probé, in the event that any thing happen to him or me but we put me and my sister in the trust so she manage it for us. But, you mention the complications on tax, refinance etc. I learnt a lot. Should i look for Maryland atturney? Should we do joint trust or transfer his portion to me only in living trust?
