Nothing is free. That's why when you finish filling out the living trust thing, at the end if you want to print, you need to put credit card information in which you get 30 days of no paying obligation but they still have your information and can charge at any point of time. IMO, just go talk to a real Lawyer and do it right. Don't trust a random young man who claims to be a lawyer on KZbin folks. GL!

Would I need only one deed to transfer it from my mother to the trust or would I first have to put it in my wife and my name and then another deed to put it into the trust?
