Can a person ask to cancel the cheque forgery case as it contain 18% interest?

Sir state bank of mysore merged with sbi. After that state bank of mysore cheque is valid or not. Its liable to legal proceeding's, pls guide me

During demonitization banks are not responsible for cheque bounce. You should maintain the sufficient money in your account for cheque passing. Also banks never refused to accept your deposits/remittance to your account. Withdrawal of cash is no way connected with cheque bouncing.
